Helping the Silva and Deza family

We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has contributed to helping this family whether it was a monetary donation or home items. Carmen, 27 years old, and her siblings lost their mother and were homeless.  We had an opportunity to help this family to keep them together and we all stepped up to the plate and helped. Carmen and her siblings are very grateful for all the help that  our volunteers and many others were able to do for them.  We are very grateful for the opportunity to help this family in need. I would like to take this time to thank everyone who helped me and the kids with your donations.  I am so grateful and thankful to you all.  The donations have been a big help in having to worry less about getting the kids ready for back to school.  You have all warmed our hearts with your support.  This has been a hard journey for us all and to know that we have support helps us feel like we are not alone.  This blessing has been such a wake-up call in knowing that there are good people in this world with great hearts and compassion.  We will never forget this and we will remember to do the right thing for the next person.  I have prayed for help and guidance to do the right thing especially for these kids who have been through so much.
